What are your minimum orders?

Orders can be placed for as low as 25.

Is there a charge for correcting photos?

No. All photos supplied are color-corrected and background-edited to remove distractions at no charge.

Do you have an online catalog? 

Yes, you can visit www.fhorder.com to view the catalog and even place an order. Families can be directed to the site to view and place orders from home.

Is there a minimum number of orders
per month? 

No. There is no minimum number of orders per month. We provide the same exceptional service whether you order 4 times a month or 4 times a week.

Why are there no prices listed on www.fhorder.com? 

There are no prices listed online because only you know what your business margin should be. Once we receive a request for the starter pack we will email a PDF file which will list the costs.

Funeral homes set their own prices based on their needs.

How do we place orders?

Orders can be placed via email, text, phone call, or use the form on the www.fhorder.com site. We want each home to place their order the way they are comfortable. 

How quickly would we receive a proof?

All orders are handled the same day. We endeavor to provide a proof within 2 hours of ordering. Most often you will receive a proof within 60 minutes.

When are you available to place orders? 

We are available 24/7.

Do you design theme products? 

Yes, we can create a package of themed products based on our design or a custom design for a family.

Is there an additional charge for a customized card from a family’s directions? 

No, we do not charge extra for creating a design with the family’s specific requests. We can also print family supplied files.

My family has particular ideas for their card, are you available to speak with them?

Yes, we often work directly with families to review the design they wish for their loved one.

My family has a unique request for custom printing. Can you provide a one-off product? 

Yes. In most cases, we can help with unique orders to further customize your family’s arrangements.

Do we have to sign up for membership or monthly fees to use your services?

No. There is no sign-up or monthly fees associated with FigTree Print. We believe every funeral home should have the option to provide families with unique customized stationery that reflects their loved one without paying an up-front setup fee.

How do you ship and is it included in the cost?

We use FedEx next-day shipping on all orders. Approval received by 1 pm will ship FedEx next day. This is included in the cost.

Saturday delivery is usually available but will have a surcharge Saturday delivery fee.

What if have an order I need today.

Orders can be processed same day but would usually require the funeral home to pick up from our printing location.
